It is not the money inspiring these amazing young New Zealanders. Our youth workers and youth communities are primarily passion driven which is an obvious necessity given the nature of our work. Furthermore, with the dream of healthy vibrant communities in mind, our local settings are community based, birthed and sourced. This is very evident in the strong volunteer base and the ingenuity to achieve whatever it takes on a wing and a prayer and the smell an oily rag. A community with the internal capacity and ownership to sustain this is an outcome itself.

In saying this, we need all the help we can get!!! As long as the ownership lies within the community. People and organisations that are prepared to support in an empowering way are really valued. And those that do support enjoy seeing their input go a long long way.

People can support 24-7 YouthWork financially and personally. This can be done locally and through the network.
